It includes: One join fee of $149 One shared commission cap of $16,000 One Risk Management fee of $40 per transaction, capped at $500 per year One capped transaction fee of $5,000 ICON eligibility with one award to the team In addition, we’re excited to offer an incentive for signing up as a Domestic Team. For one year only, Domestic Teams will share one monthly tech fee. The Domestic Team will have one revenue share position and all transactions count towards that position. All attraction under either agent counts towards the team. Both agents must join under the same sponsor. eXp Realty appreciates that married couples are often very successful agent teams and this option empowers couples to make the right choice for their business, together.
